Who we are

What we collect
Only what you enter yourself, plus what any web server records automatically:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, subject and the text of your message.
- Consultation booking form: your name, phone number and country code, country and city of residence, the service requested, the type of case, the details of your situation, and the date and time you propose.
- User account: your email address and a hashed password, or the basic profile details from your Google account if you choose to sign in that way.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages you visited, recorded by the server to operate the site and prevent abuse.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to answer and handle your request. Form data is used to understand your situation, assign the right specialist, confirm your appointment and follow up on your file afterwards. We do not send marketing messages to people who did not ask for them, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Confidentiality of case details
What you write in the case-details field is seen only by the legal team handling your file. Professional confidentiality is part of how we work and continues after the matter is closed.
Third parties this site uses
- Google — for Google sign-in if you choose it, for reCAPTCHA, which stops automated form submissions, and for the web fonts loaded from its servers.
- Pusher — to deliver messages and notifications inside the site in real time.
- WhatsApp — only if you choose to open the conversation yourself, in which case WhatsApp's own policy governs that conversation.
- Our hosting provider — whose servers store the site's data.
No advertising network runs on this site, and your data is not used for ad targeting.
Cookies
The site uses functional cookies only: the session cookie that keeps you signed in, cookies that remember your language and currency, and one that remembers you dismissed the cookie notice so it does not reappear on every visit. You can delete them in your browser at any time, although signing in will not work without the session cookie.
How long we keep it
We keep your request data while your file is open, and after it closes for as long as the professional obligations around client records require. You can ask us to delete your data at info@amanlaw.ch, and we will do so as far as those obligations allow.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to info@amanlaw.ch from the same address you contacted us with.
Security
The whole site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed rather than in plain text, and access to file data is limited to the people who need it to do the work.
Changes to this policy
If the services or tools we use change, we update this page and change the date at the top.
