This is the service everything else leads to: a specialist lawyer appearing for you before the court or authority concerned and following your file stage by stage, while you stay where you live.
What representation covers
- Filing a claim or responding to one, and preparing the pleadings.
- Attending hearings and following what is decided in them.
- Keeping track of notifications and procedural deadlines as they fall.
- Appealing judgments and pursuing their enforcement.
- Keeping you informed as things happen, not only when there is a result.
The power of attorney comes first
Nobody can represent you without a valid power of attorney. It is usually drawn up and authenticated at the Syrian consulate or embassy in your country of residence, or before a local notary with the required attestations. Once we have reviewed your case we tell you the wording your file specifically needs and the authentication steps that apply where you live — because an incomplete power of attorney means a second trip to the consulate.
What we do not promise
We do not promise an outcome or a timeframe. How a case proceeds is decided by the court and by the circumstances of the file. What we commit to is professional care, being clear with you about where you stand, and making sure you never hear what is happening in your file from someone else.
What we need to start
The nature of the dispute and who is involved, the case number if proceedings already exist, any related document, and your country of residence.
